ANTIFOULING AND HULL PROTECTION

The process begins with a thorough hull cleaning to remove impurities and old coatings, followed by precise sanding or blasting to achieve the perfect surface for new applications. This careful preparation ensures superior adhesion, lasting protection, and flawless antifouling performance.
Priming & Sealing
Antifouling Application
We apply advanced antifouling coatings from Jotun, our permanent supplier, or from International and Hempel upon client request. These high-performance formulations prevent marine growth, reduce drag and preserve the yacht’s hydrodynamic efficiency.
A specialized primer is applied to protect the hull and create a seamless bond between the surface and the antifouling layers. This stage enhances durability, corrosion resistance, and overall coating performance.
Final Finishing
